Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Method

  • In a 10-inch skillet, brown onion in butter until tender. Add cornstarch, salt, bouillon, Kitchen Bouquet and water, stirring constantly, until thick. Simmer 10 minutes. Combine hamburger, seasoned salt and pepper. Form into oval patties and fry until done. Add to sauce and let simmer 5 minutes.
