- 2 qt. water
- 1 large ham bone or ham hock with meat
- 3 pkg. pepperoni (double row)
- 4 to 5 links smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 to 5 links kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. saffron (to taste)
- 4 to 5 cans garbanzo beans
- 7 lb. diced white potatoes
Method
- Start cooking ham bone or hock in 2 quarts water.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 4 to 5 hours.
