Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. Ritz crackers
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Drain pineapple (reserve 3 tablespoons juice).
- Combine sugar and flour and stir in reserved pineapple juice.
- Add cheese and pineapple; mix well.
- Put mixture in long casserole dish.
- Combine butter and cracker crumbs and put on mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, or until crumbs are brown.
