Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. Ritz crackers
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Method

  • Drain pineapple (reserve 3 tablespoons juice).
  • Combine sugar and flour and stir in reserved pineapple juice.
  • Add cheese and pineapple; mix well.
  • Put mixture in long casserole dish.
  • Combine butter and cracker crumbs and put on mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, or until crumbs are brown.
