Ingredients
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1 c. dark brown sugar
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 c. pecan pieces
Method
- Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla; mix well.
- Add eggs and beat.
- Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
- Sprinkle pecans over top.
- Bake in a preheated 350° oven approximately 45 minutes (until middle of pie looks solid).
