Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (16 oz.) can pink beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 c. mild, thick and chunky salsa
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 8 flour tortillas (6-inch diameter)
- 1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Method
- Cook black beans, pink beans, salsa and cumin in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat until hot, 5 minutes.
