Ingredients
- 3 ounces rum
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 ounces coconut cream
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- fresh pineapple, wedge
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a blender with some ice and process on high speed until mixed well.
- (Start with a small amount of ice and adjust to your desired thickness).
- Serve in a large hurricane glass with long straws and a wedge of fresh pineapple to garnish.
