Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz.) green chiles
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Method

  • Cover and
  • cook
  • cauliflower
  • in
  • small amount of water until tender.
  • Combine
  • next 7 ingredients.
  • Add cauliflower. Spoon into a
  • buttered 2 quart dish.
  • Combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over
  • casserole.
  • Bake
  • at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
