Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) green chiles
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Cover and
- cook
- cauliflower
- in
- small amount of water until tender.
- Combine
- next 7 ingredients.
- Add cauliflower. Spoon into a
- buttered 2 quart dish.
- Combine butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over
- casserole.
- Bake
- at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
