Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- Beat cheese, sugar and eggs together until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Bake 35 minutes at 350°. Turn oven off and leave cake in for 1 hour.
- Remove cake from oven and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate. Serve cold.
