Ingredients

  • 20 ounces fudge brownie mix
  • 14 cup water
  • 23 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 1 12 cups candy canes, crushed

Method

  • Prepare and bake brownie mix according to the package directions, using a greased 9x13 baking pan.
  • After baking, set aside and cool for 1-2 hours.
  • In a heavy saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate chips and margarine, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula.
  • Spread chocolate mixture over the brownies and sprinkle with crushed candy.
  • Let stand for 30 minutes or until frosting is hard.
  • Cut into squares.
