Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 large deer steaks, cubed
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. green peppers
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 2 cans tomatoes
Method
- Saute steaks in soy sauce, garlic and oil for at least 1 hour. Place in skillet with onions, peppers and celery.
- Cook on high and brown, then simmer with remaining ingredients until done. Pour over rice.
