Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 10 to 12 slices crisp bacon, cut into small pieces
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Let brown in oven, then cover with foil for remainder of time.
