Ingredients
- 4-5 sliced bananas
- 1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained
- 2 c. green seedless grapes-halved
- 2 apples, pared and diced
- 1 orange, peeled and diced
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- grated rind and juice from 1 orange
Method
- Mix all fruit together in bowl. In saucepan combine cornstarch, sugar, water, rind and juice. Bring to a boil. Cook until thick. Pour over fruit while hot. Keeps in refrigerator for several days. Serves 10-12.
