Ingredients
- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 8 oz. shredded jack cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Mix soup, wine and cheese.
- Put chicken in a 9 X 13 pan and cover with the soup mixture.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Melt margarine and drizzle over the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serve with noodles or rice.
