Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 lb. beef (round or sirloin), cut in 1/8 x 2-inch strips
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- canned beef bouillon
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- cornstarch
- as many onions and peppers as you like
Method
- Melt butter and brown steak.
- Add onions and peppers to meat and add all other ingredients except cornstarch.
- Cook on low heat 10 to 15 minutes and then thicken with cornstarch.
- Serve over rice.
