Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, well drained
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tube round buttery flavored crackers, crushed
Method
- Combine drained vegetables, onion, cheese, mayonnaise and soup; mix well.
- Pour mixture into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle crushed crackers over top of casserole.
- Return to oven and bake until crumbs are lightly browned.
