Ingredients

  • 1 box raw shrimp
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 3/4 cup pepper
  • 2 tsp parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg whites

Method

  • Rinse shrimp, and pat dry .
  • On a flat plate or saucer, combine paprika, parsley , bread crumbs, pepper, and parmesan cheese .
  • Dip shrimp in egg whites, careful to cover each side .
  • Roll shrimp in bread crumb mix , and set aside on a sheet of wax paper or aluminum foil .
  • Place shrimp in freezer for approx.
  • 20 minutes .
  • Preheat your burner to just a little over medium, or however you see fit .
  • Normally, I use butter, but any non-stick spray cans work .
  • Fry your shrimp, turning it over on it's side every few minutes .
  • & remember , you'll want to overcook it just a little so it's not raw inside .
