Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped hot red peppers or green peppers
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 envelopes liquid fruit pectin
Method
- Seed peppers.
- Chop or put in food processor.
- Mix peppers with sugar and vinegar.
- Bring to boil.
- Boil 1 minute; lower fire and cook 5 minutes, then add liquid pectin.
- Pour into warmed clean jelly jars or mold.
- Make sure jelly lids seal.
