Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. cream or milk
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add sugar and milk; stir until dissolved.
- Boil until the soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat. Leave undisturbed until cool.
- Beat as for chocolate fudge.
- Stir in nuts.
