Ingredients
- 4 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder (a grated clove of fresh is even better)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Method
- Preheat oven.
- Wash and DRY wings. Place in large disposable baking pan.
- Combine all ingredients and pour over wings.
- Bake in 375-400 degree oven. Stir at 20 minute intervals until browned and sauce starts to thicken. Total time will be 1 to 1.5 hours, depending upon your oven.
- These can be made ahead.
