Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- cubed or ground lamb
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 c. stock (lamb, chicken or fish)
- thyme
- sage
- oregano
- basil
- black pepper
- chopped parsley
- garlic
- red wine
Method
- Fry onion until wilted.
- Fry chopped lamb.
- Add rice to fried onion and meat.
- Fry it briefly.
- (Cubed lamb should be stewed in stock, red wine and all herbs until tender.) Add stock with all herbs.
- Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes.
