Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado (should Be Soft Enough To Indent Easily, But Not Squishy)
  • 1 whole Roma Or Vine Tomato, Diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Jalapeno, Diced (with Seeds If You Like Spicy, None If You Don't)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 1 Splash Lime Juice
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

Method

  • Because this guac is so popular, I usually allot 1 avocado per 1 or 2 people when serving with chips or tacos.
  • Just multiply the recipe by how many people you want to serve.
  • Cut avocado in half from tip to base.
  • Using your chopping knife, strike into the pit, then twist and it will pop right out.
  • Use a spoon to scrape avocado out of skin, into a bowl, then mash with forks or a potato masher.
  • A few lumps are a good thing.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
  • If youre really into spice, you could also add some chili pepper or paprika.
  • Also, I really like garlic, so if its not so much your thing, you may want to cut back a little.
  • Some people also like to add cilantro.
  • Thats it!
  • Now eat it all, right this moment with chips or on tacos, burgers, etc.
