Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 6 unbaked 3-inch tart shells
Method
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in corn syrup, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla.
- Add pecans; mix well.
- Spoon into tart shells.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Yield: 6 servings.
