Ingredients
- 6 to 8 medium carrots
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. grated onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Method
- Peel and cut carrots into 2-inch strips.
- Cook until tender. Drain and put in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Mix mayonnaise, horseradish, onions, salt and pepper together; then add carrots. Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 300° for 15 minutes.
