Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. corn syrup
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. soft oleo, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • your favorite roll dough

Method

  • Boil 3 tablespoons oleo, brown sugar and corn syrup for 1 minute; pour into an 8 x 8-inch Pyrex pan.
  • Add pecans.
  • Use your favorite roll dough, about 8 x 8-inch square.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons oleo, 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll up and chill for about 30 minutes.
  • Cut it into 1/2-inch rolls and place on top of syrup mix in pan.
  • Let rise 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
  • Cook at 350° until brown.
