Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine (room temperature)
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 loaves sourdough pull-aparts
  • Swiss cheese slices (about 1 lb.)
  • 1/2 lb. bacon strips, cut in half and partially cooked

Method

  • Cream together butter, poppy seed and mustard.
  • Butter between sourdough slices; save some butter for outside of bread.
  • Put a Swiss cheese slice between each.
  • Use remaining butter and put 1/2 strip bacon on top of each slice.
  • Place on foil but keep top open.
  • Put foil on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
  • Pull apart to serve.
  • Delicious!
