Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 13 cup milk
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn
Method
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Grease 9 miffin tins or line with baking cups.
- Pour muffin mix into a medium bowl; create a well in the center.
- In a smaller bowl, mix egg with milk.
- Stir in corn.
- Pour mixture into well of muffin mix.
- Blend ingredients just to moisten.
- (It will be lumpy).
- Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake 15-20 minutes.
