Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Chill pie shell.
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar, syrup, vanilla and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in 350° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Place a ring of foil around edge of pie to prevent crust from burning.
