Ingredients
- 2/3 c. molasses
- 2/3 c. dark corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. whole pecans or pieces
- 1 (9-inch) uncooked pie shell
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Beat eggs lightly in mixer.
- Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
- Blend until just combined. Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake 40 minutes or until filling is puffy and the crust is golden brown.
