Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. molasses
  • 2/3 c. dark corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. whole pecans or pieces
  • 1 (9-inch) uncooked pie shell
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick melted butter

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Beat eggs lightly in mixer.
  • Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
  • Blend until just combined. Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle with pecans.
  • Bake 40 minutes or until filling is puffy and the crust is golden brown.
