Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 4 egg whites
Method
- Cream together margarine and sugar.
- Add pineapple (20 ounce) and egg yolks.
- Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold into pineapple mix.
- Pour into 2 small or 1 large unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° until pie shell is done.
- The top will be golden brown.
