Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
- 1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/4 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1/4 c. nuts, finely cut or chopped
- 1 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Heat pineapple to boiling point; do not boil.
- Add jello and marshmallows; stir lightly until dissolved.
- Remove from heat. When slightly cooled, add cottage cheese and nuts.
- Pour into 6 x 10-inch Pyrex dish.
- Place in refrigerator.
