- 1 head lettuce
- 2 c. shell pasta (cooked)
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, chopped
- 1 c. Monterey cheese, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper (green), chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- salt to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour and enjoy it.
