Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 3 pears
- 12 slices parma ham
- Parmesan
- basil leaves
Method
- In a bowl mix the marinade ingredients (syrup, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and fresh thyme)
- Wash and dry pears, keep the skin.
- Finely chop pears with mandolin.
- Rub pear slices with the marinade and let them stand for 10 minutes.
- Divide the pear slices and ham between plates.
- Cut pieces of Parmesan, add basil leaves and a little thyme.
- You can add a spin of the pepper mill.
