Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 3 pears
  • 12 slices parma ham
  • Parmesan
  • basil leaves

Method

  • In a bowl mix the marinade ingredients (syrup, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and fresh thyme)
  • Wash and dry pears, keep the skin.
  • Finely chop pears with mandolin.
  • Rub pear slices with the marinade and let them stand for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the pear slices and ham between plates.
  • Cut pieces of Parmesan, add basil leaves and a little thyme.
  • You can add a spin of the pepper mill.
