Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. peanut butter chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment.
  • Cream butter and sugar in large bowl until blended.
  • Add eggs, baking soda and vanilla; beat until light. Blend in flour and peanut butter until dough is stiff and firm. Stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
  • Drop dough by teaspoons 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
  • Press cookies down with tines of a fork to flatten slightly.
  • Bake 12 minutes or until just barely done, do not overbake.
  • Makes 5 dozen.
