Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 (17 ounce.) cans fruit (1 peach, 1 pear)
  • 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. fruit juices from both cans

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix cake.
  • Mix flour with the stick of butter, cut with fork till crumbly.
  • Place the flour mix into a 9x13 inch square pan, then place slices of fruit on top, sprinkle the Jello pwdr on top of the fruits.
  • Poke holes in the mix and pour the juice, sprinkle the cinnamon.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 min.
  • Garnish with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
