Ingredients
- 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
- 1 1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. M&M's or butterscotch drops
Method
- Heat
- oven to 375°.
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Beat at medium
- speed until blended.
- Add egg and beat until blended. Combine
- flour,
- salt
- and baking soda and add to creamy mixture. Mix until blended.
- Stir in M&M's or butterscotties. Drop heaping
- teaspoons about
- 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Makes about 3 dozen.
