Ingredients
- 1 qt. strawberries
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. grated sweet cooking chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. sifted confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. light cream
- 1 Tbsp. rum
Method
- Hull berries and arrange in bowl.
- Whip cream until foamy and barely thickened.
- Fold in chocolate, confectioners sugar and rum. Chill.
- Serve as sauce for strawberries.
- Makes 6 servings.
