Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. tomato juice
Method
- Saute the onion in the peanut oil, until tender.
- Add the flour, celery salt and salt.
- Blend in the peanut butter.
- Add the milk gradually, stirring to blend.
- Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil and is thickened.
- Add the tomato juice; bring to a boil.
- Serves 4.
