Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 c. hot water
Method
- Blend meat, rice and seasonings; form into 24 balls.
- Place in baking dish.
- Add tomato sauce, soup and water.
- Cover and bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.
- Serves 12.
