Ingredients
- 6 small green squash
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. canned kernel corn
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Fry
- the
- squash in butter with the garlic, peppers and onion. Stir
- constantly and cook until tender.
- Add the milk, salt, corn and cheese.
- Cook 10 more minutes.
