Ingredients
- 1 c. rice (dry)
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Method
- Cook rice.
- Add peanut butter and mix well.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- May substitute extra cracker or bread crumbs for eggs.
