Ingredients

  • 1 steak
  • 1 mashed potatoes
  • 1 roll
  • 1 can green beans
  • 3 bunch green onions
  • 5 medium black olives
  • 4 asparagus
  • 1 mushroom
  • 1 tomato

Method

  • Add below ingredients to steak & grill to your liking.
  • Chop up veggies, cook green beans in a small pan with butter & lemon pepper and make potatoes.
  • Add veggies to skillet pan coated with olive oil cooking spray & butter.
  • Remove steak when done and put 2 slices of tomato and asparagus on same area that had the steak.
  • Place grilled tomatoes on steak, veggies on that & put everything else on the plate.
  • Add a roll to scoop the potatoes and steak juice.
  • I like to put shredded cheese on the green beans.
  • To complete the food pyramid add your favorite fruit.
