Ingredients
- 1 c. soft shortening
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. rolled oats
Method
- Cream shortening and sugars.
- Add in Large eggs and mix well till fluffy.
- Add in peanut butter.
- Sift flour, salt and baking soda.
- Mix well with other ingredients.
- Lastly add in oatmeal.
- Drop on greased cookie sheet.
- Dipping a fork in flour, then flatten and criss-cross cookies.
- Bake at 350 degrees about 10 min.
