Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 large bag grated cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Mix together first 4 ingredients.
- Pour in corn bread mix and cheese; mix well.
- Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour mixture over melted margarine.
- Bake at 350° approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
