Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. nuts

Method

  • Mix the flour with baking soda.
  • Combine the margarine, sugar, pudding mix and vanilla.
  • In a large bowl, beat until smooth and creamy.
  • Beat in eggs.
  • Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chips and nuts.
  • (Batter will be stiff.)
  • Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Makes about 7 dozen.
