Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. nuts
Method
- Mix the flour with baking soda.
- Combine the margarine, sugar, pudding mix and vanilla.
- In a large bowl, beat until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in eggs.
- Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chips and nuts.
- (Batter will be stiff.)
- Drop by teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Makes about 7 dozen.
