Ingredients
- 2 c. old fashioned rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. chopped peanuts
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2/3 c. honey
- 1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
Method
- Combine oats, sesame seed and wheat germ in a large bowl. Beat together oil, honey and peanut butter.
- Add to oat mixture, blending well.
- Spread over bottom of greased jelly roll pan. Bake in a 300° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Loosen, but cool in pan.
- Store in sealed container in refrigerator.
- Serve with milk.
- Makes about 5 cups.
