Ingredients
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
Method
- In large bowl, combine cocoa and margarine; beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar, alternately with milk and vanilla.
- Beat in peanut butter until fluffy.
- Spread over cupcakes.
