Ingredients
- 2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 2 Large eggs, unbeaten
- 1/4 c. onions, minced fine
- 1/8 tbsp. pepper
Method
- Soak lowfat milk and crumbs together.
- Add in meat, Large eggs, onions and seasonings; mix well.
- Place half of the sauce in the meatloaf and then save the rest to spread on the top.
- Place in loaf pan which has been greased with butter.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
