Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb. peaches
- 6 lb. sugar
- 1 bottle cherries
- grated rind and juice of 2 oranges
Method
- Cook ripe peaches 10 minutes with 1/2 of the sugar.
- Add cherries, rind and orange juice, and remainder of sugar.
- Cook 20 minutes.
- Seal.
