Ingredients

  • 1 pkt dry yeast
  • 1 c. brown rice flour
  • 2 1/4 c. white rice flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Egg Replacer (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar or possibly fructose
  • 3 x Large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. Fleischmann's unsalted margarine melted
  • 1 2/3 c. hot water
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Nut-Quick grnd fine in a blender
  • 1/3 c. Soy-Quick
  • 1/3 c. Lacto-Free
  • 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk

Method

  • Lactose-Free, Low-Sucrose, Soy Free
  • Mix all dry ingredients.
  • Whisk to mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer to machine.
  • Combine and whisk all liquid ingredients.
  • Transfer to machine.
  • This bread is Lactose-Free, Low-Sucrose, Soy Free!
