Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. plain flour
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (29 oz.) can peach slices
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. peach juice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Method

  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt, dry pudding mix (not instant), egg and milk.
  • Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  • Place drained peaches on top.
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice and spread over peaches about 1-inch away from edge of pan.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
