- 3/4 c. plain flour
- 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (29 oz.) can peach slices
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, dry pudding mix (not instant), egg and milk.
- Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
- Place drained peaches on top.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice and spread over peaches about 1-inch away from edge of pan.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
